NBCool T500

The NBCool T500 is shipped in a hard plastic blister pack and should protect it from all but the most traumatic of shipping disasters. The package is decorated in typical ThermalTake fashion with a red and black fade and a partial view of the product. The back of the packaging shows some of the specifications as well as some of the features.

Cracking open the package you are presented with a black platform with two 80mm fans in the center. Also included in the packaging is a DC USB power cord. Flipping the unit over you can see the six anti-skid rubber pads to ensure that your notebook and the cooler stays in place. Also note that the specs are presented on the back as well. The design of this cooler is to suck air from the top of the cooler and exhaust it out the back. I am not too sure about the design idea here, but we will see how it performs in a bit.
