Packaging

CoolerMaster uses their typical purple and white decoration for the box. They do an outstanding job of providing information on the box. The front of the box shows off the cooler and provides information on socket compatibility. The back of the box details the features of the cooler such as the dimensions of the cooler. The sides of the box provide even more information on the features and specifications. Once again CoolerMaster does an excellent job of providing enough information to answer any questions that the consumer may have on the cooler.

The internal packaging features a plastic blister pack that protects the vital components during shipping. The cooler and the accessory pack are located in separate compartments. CoolerMaster has taken the extra steps to ensure that you get the cooler in the same condition as it left the assembly plant.

The accessory pack includes everything you need to plant this cooler atop of your processor. The kit includes the mounts and backing plates for AM2, AM2+, AM3, LGA 775, and LGA 1366 socket types as well as the instructions for assembly. Also included are the screws, insulators and a small tube of CoolerMaster's own thermal paste. This is a well thought out kit and any consumer should be able to get this cooler up and running in no time.

Let's get down to brass tacks and take a look at the cooler.
